What is the delivery time within the UK?
UK Orders - despatch usually within 24 hours of order being processed (card being debited or cheque clearing)
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery depending on the method used.
Please note that Estimated Delivery times stated are Estimates only. There is no guarantee that your order will be delivered by this date, however in most cases we aim to deliver before this date anyway

Can I order goods for delivery to a P.O Box?
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O Box.
Are invoices sent with deliveries?
Yes. Your invoice will arrive with your packaged goods. You will need this in case you wish to return goods. If your invoice is missing then please Contact us or alternatively please log in to your account to view your invoices.
Can I order goods to a delivery address different to my home address?
Yes, you can set a separate delivery address when you checkout

I haven't received the goods I ordered yet. Where are they?
If your delivery has not arrived within five working days, please contact Internet Sales on 01373 465295 or by email at customerservice@frome-model-centre.com.
I was out when my order was meant to be delivered, how do I rearrange delivery?
If you were out when our delivery partner attempted to deliver your parcel, they will leave an information card. The card will give you a telephone number for you to contact to arrange a convenient time for delivery.
